I got a new car last week. Well it isn’t brand new, but it’s new to me. It’s a 2018 Nissan! And this will be my third blue car! It has a new car smell that I love. It used to be a rental car, and I found out Hertz rental car is selling a bunch of their stock for pretty cheap because business is so bad.
I liked my old car but it’s getting old enough to where I can’t count on it to last long-term. I’ve already had to take it to the shop a few times. It doesn’t run bad, but it was just time to invest in something new that I could count on for years to come. The mileage is low and the price was right. Plus I figured it was best to go get another car before I switch jobs and become a new employee somewhere else.
Speaking of new employee, I got my fingerprints on the third of this month and they said it would take about two weeks to get the background check done. So I have been checking my email for an official offer for the position. I am excited and anxious.
Right now I need to focus on selling my old car. I need to clean it out, and I have never sold a car before, so that might be a little bit complicating.
